Concentration is one of the brain essential skills. Sometimes, not being able to concentrate can be very bad for you, because you can't think right anymore. One reason that make concentration difficult is the lack of sleep. If you use your brain a lot, without sleeping enough, things might start to go dizy and make no sense for you. On the other side, if you sleep too much, your brain start to lose its skills, and its training, because of not being used anymore.
In conclusion, you shouldn't have an unorganized schedule if you want to be able to concentrate without problems. We advise you too sleep betwen 6 and 8 hours every day. As better organized you are as better you can concentrate on yours problems.
If you want to train your brain to concentrate easier and better, you can try to play different games that improve this ability. Some of these are chess, monopoly, rummy or scrabble. The fun part is that you can play them with your friends at parties, and the profitable part is that you help your brain to develop.
