Memory Games for Brain Training

We all want to improve our memory. An easy way to do it is to find out which is the easiest way in which you learn better. There are 4 ways: visual, auditive,reading/writing or kinestesic.

The people that learn easily by visual way need to use a lot of bright colored pictures in order to improve their memory. For example, if you need to study for an examn, you can make little draws connected with that specific theme. You can use animals, plants, objects, arrows, whatever helps you to link the information that you need to memorize with the draws. This method is accessible for almost everything. In chemistry, if you need to learn about propesties you can write the name of the element, followed by draws that can indicate its color, atomic number, density and so on. It will help you more if you stick that draws somewhere where you can see them quite often.

The reading/writing style is very very easy to improve. If you need to memorize an information you just need to write it and read it several times. You can use different colors as well, for different ideas. In math, for example, if you need to learn some formulas, you will need to write them down. Try to use big letters and numbers.

The kinestesic people memorise better by using their body, especially their hands. They can improve their memory by trying to write the information in the air.

The auditive way is considered to be the more likey one. You can improve it in a lot of methods. One of them is by repeating the information that you wish to memorize. If it sounds a little boring for you, you can do it by making funny voices. This will help your brain to memorize even better. If you don't like that one, you can try to listen to different documentaris about that specific theme, or to ask somebody to read to you that information. If you need to learn strage names, or strange words, you can find another word that sounds almost like the one that you need to memorise.

The good part if that everybody is characterized by at least 2 of these ways of learning. In conclusion, you can combine them in many different way in order to improve your memory.
